HOW CAN I FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR MY NEEDS?
  • You can find the products that you are interested in by visiting the homepage and either


    • Clicking on the product category you want and using the filters on the left hand side of the page to find the appliance
    • Alternatively use the Search Store box at the top right hand side of the page to locate the product that you need. When you type in related words a list of relevant products will appear for you to make your selection.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE APPLIANCE SHOWN?
  • Click on the product you want to purchase and this will take you to  a detailed product information page, then click add to cart to place your order.

HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS THAT INTEREST ME?
  • Buying on shop.hoover.co.uk is quick and hassle free. Simply click on your chosen appliance to view the product card, where you will find detailed information. To add to your cart click on the "add to cart" button whcih will redirect you to a page where you can choose to proceed to checkout or to view the shopping bag. If you click  'view shopping bag' you can choose to complete the purchase, continue shopping or browse other products in the range.

    Once you’ve  finished shopping, to continue with your order click on "Proceed to checkout". Remember that when you are on the first page of the shopping cart you also can modify the number of the items that you wish to purchase or you can  remove them altogether. If you want to complete your purchase and you are already a registered user you can log in using your password. If you have not already registered,  you can still complete the purchase without registering. You will be asked to confirm a shipping and billing address and to choose between the available payment methods. Finally, you can select the shipping type you want, shop.hoover.co.uk reminds you that the payment is completely safe, inasmuch as credit card data is protected from unauthorized access by means of SSL ("Secure Socket Layer"), cryptographic data transfer, not accessible by third parties. Finally, having made the necessary checks on your transaction, your order information will be transmitted to shop.hoover.co.uk and a thank you message  will let you know that your purchase has been successfully completed.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN BUY?
  • Generally there are no limits to quantity of items  or to the total cost of your shopping. However, shop.hoover.co.uk  reserves the right to limit the purchase of some special products in a limited series.

ON FILLING MY CART AM I OBLIGED TO BUY?
  • Not at all, you can make  as many trial runs as you want but you can choose not to enter your order even though you have added products to the "shopping bag".

WHAT IS IT AND HOW DOES THE "PROMOTIONAL CODE" WORK?
  • The "promotional code" is a discount voucher that allows you to take advantage of special promotions. The terms and conditions for obtaining such codes will be sent out via a Newsletter.  If you have one of these codes all you have to do is insert the code in the field on the last page at  the end of your order: the discount will automatically be calculated and displayed  in the field at the end of your order.

WHEN IS THE PURCHASING PROCEDURE COMPLETE?
  • Once you’ve entered the data required for payment, you will be transferred to the purchase confirmation page, containing the number and date of your order. A thank you message  displayed at the centre of the page will advise you that the purchase procedure has been successfully completed. Finally, you will receive an e-mail containing the details that you have submitted on the order and confirmation that it was correctly accepted. If within 24 hours you have not received any communication, please write to shop@hoover.co.uk.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
  • To check the status of your order, please log in and access at My Accounts: under the tab "My orders" you will find all the information you wish. Remember that customer care staff is at your disposal to provide further information.

WHERE CAN I GET HELP IF THERE WAS A WEBSITE ERROR DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS?
  • Please contact our support team by sending an email to shop@hoover.co.uk.. Typical questions you may be asked include: which web page the error happened, details of any error messages you saw on screen, which browser and device you were using, and the email address used to create your Hoover™ account, so please keep these details to hand.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?
  • Go to the "My Account" area of the website and sign in with your email address and password.

HOW CAN I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
  • Go to the "My Account" area of the website and click the "Forgot password" link underneath the log-in boxes.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
  • Delivery is free of charge 7 days a week, for most appliances (e.g. vaccuum cleaners, irons etc).. however there is a delivery cost for spare parts which is displayed on the checkout page, just below the price

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE ?
  • We do require a minimum of 3 working days to deliver your appliances.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
  • To change your delivery address, please email shop@hoover.co.uk from the email address  you provided whilst purchasing your items. We can change the delivery address only if the order has not been taken in charge yet.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
  • If you’ve purchased from our website and you’d like to return your items, you can do completely free of charge within 14 days of your delivery. Click here for more information returns and refunds.
